Frequently Asked Questions

What if I feel guilty leaving my family?

This is the most common feeling for autism moms. Guilt doesn’t mean you're doing something wrong; it means you care deeply. Taking this time helps you return more patient, regulated, and present for those you love.

What if I’m introverted or socially anxious?

You are welcome exactly as you are. All activities are optional. If you need to stay in the cabin and read while others hike, we honor that.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Upon registration, you will receive a form to list any allergies or preferences. We are committed to making sure you are well-fed and cared for.

How do I get there?

The cabin is located in Midway, Utah. It is approximately a 50-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
