You might tell yourself that you should be able to figure this out on your own but the truth is, you shouldn’t have to do this alone. Most autism moms need someone to listen, to help them see different perspectives, to help them figure things out and to guide them to a joyful life.

You may feel selfish spending time and money on yourself when your family needs so many things but here’s the deal, your family needs you to take care of yourself, they need you to do this work. It’s the most important thing.
